We are delighted to announce Stuart McMillan, who works for Spectrum on the Terumo contract, as our Employee of the Month for April. Stuart joined us during the pandemic and has consistently been a Spectrum Superstar. He repeatedly delivers excellent cleaning standards and is always willing to lend a hand or learn something new

Operations Director Rebecca Bell noted, “Stuart works well within the cleaning team and on his own. He’s known for being extremely reliable and helping his colleagues out by covering additional shifts. He continues to have excellent attendance and really cares about his work”.

Outside work, Stuart is an avid cinema-goer, and he is certainly our Top Gun for April. Thank you for your commitment and hard work, Stuart; it is greatly appreciated.
