The Valentine’s day start in 2020 was undoubtedly the start of a fine romance between April’s Employee of the Month, Dylan Armit and Spectrum. Not only do we love Dylan’s approach to his work, our client, Wyman Gordon, also appreciate his dedication and diligence.

Speaking about Dylan’s performance, Spectrum’s Craig Lorimer (Contract Manager East) said: “Dylan is always on time constantly with a smile on his face and will happily tell you just how much he enjoys his job with Spectrum.  He takes huge pride in what he does, and his standards are second to none, with 110% given to every task he completes.”

Further praise comes from his Supervisor, Debbie, who says: “Dylan is great to work with and great to have on my team. He is always smiling and really does brighten the place up. He is always the first to offer to help at short notice and not to mention his love for the ride-on machines, if he could, he would drive this home and back!”.

Our client also thinks Dylan is fantastic, with frequent comments about his positive attitude and the high standards he delivers. It’s not surprising that Dylan’s efforts lead to consistently high audit scores.
