Our client portfolio is growing in East Ayrshire…

We are delighted to announce another new contract, it’s with the KLIN Group in Kilmarnock.

The KLIN Group is a developer of residential-led, mixed-use projects with a history of creating successful, sustainable places. Klin builds homes and neighbourhoods in its core markets in Scotland, where its knowledge, experience, and proven track record, as well as its over twenty-five years of experience in this market, give it an unrivalled ability to deliver new homes, workplaces and communities.

Their developments range in size from a few homes near market towns to complex, mixed-use urban regeneration schemes, including multi-million-pound restoration projects, all built with safety, sustainability and quality at their heart.

The most notable of their projects from Spectrum’s perspective is the award-winning HALO Enterprise and Innovation Centre, a fantastic new facility specifically created to provide an inspiring environment for businesses to thrive and grow in Kilmarnock.

HALO is located on a 23-acre site formerly the home of Johnnie Walker Whisky Plant and incorporates housing, leisure, and work facilities. The focal point of HALO is the Enterprise & Innovation Centre, a commercial hub created to stimulate digital learning, inspire innovative thinking, and provide a conducive environment for spin-outs, new start-ups, scale-ups, digital, manufacturing, and cyber businesses of all sizes. Spectrum is pleased to provide daily services to this bustling multi-tenanted facility.

The latest contract is directly with KLIN Group to provide cleaning services in the communal areas of their multi-tenanted premises at Barclay House in Kilmarnock.

Speaking about the contract, Spectrum’s Managing Director, Rebecca Bell, said: “It’s great to be building our portfolio in Kilmarnock, where we now have several contracts. Much of the focus of our work can be on the clients we serve in the big cities such as Aberdeen, Edinburgh and Glasgow. However, Kilmarnock is a thriving town, and we’re delighted to be involved with so many good businesses in and around East Ayrshire.”
