When the Scotland fans arrive at Hampden tonight, they’ll not only notice the fantastic playing surface following the recent pitch refurbishment, but they’ll also see the stadium looking its absolute best! We’ve been working hard over the past weeks on a comprehensive deep clean in every area of Hampden. So, not only will our Scottish Men’s team have an excellent surface to play on, but the loyal supporters will have excellent surroundings from which to watch the game.

We’ve included a selection of images taken by our team as they completed this extensive cleaning programme following the work done on the pitch. With so many areas of the venue to cover, it required an extraordinary amount of teamwork among our staff to ensure every part of the grounds received adequate attention.

However, we are not the only contractors at Hampden; keeping such a significant and sizeable venue operating efficiently involves many other companies. We all have to work together to ensure the work is completed correctly and on time. We’d especially like to thank the Hampden Team, with whom we collaborate closely, and many other contractors who come together to ensure the venue is presented in pristine condition, ready for the next game.

On this occasion, the next game is quite important, as it’s a FIFA World Cup Qualifier for the Men’s team, where they will take on Greece to compete for a coveted place at the World Cup Finals. We wish our national team all the best for the game and trust that they play as well as the stadium looks, and that’s thanks to the exceptional work done by our team and those of the other contractors on site, we all take pride in the work we do at the Stadium.
