Congratulations to Jacqueline Kenmore and Christopher Merchant; you have been named our Employees of the Month for September.
Jacqueline Kenmore started work with Spectrum in August 2022 at Westway where she covers the Westway site and Bullet Express. Jacqueline is an exceptional and diligent worker, always trying to go the extra mile in fulfilling her daily duties. However, she also brings an added dimension, which was identified by her manager, Lynne Graham, hence her delight in nominating her for the September award.
Lynne Graham stated: “Jackie works hard to promote Spectrum in the area; she keeps an eye out for new tenants and updates her Area Manager, and that has recently resulted in securing new clients.” Jacqueline is a true ambassador for the business, and we applaud her work and commitment to Spectrum.
Christopher Merchant transferred to Spectrum in March 2021 when we won the contract at CBRE Emerson – Aberdeen; however, his original start date was back in July 2016. So, he is well known among the staff on-site and apparently also well-respected!
Caroline Kane, Christopher’s manager, reported an incident to us recently that perfectly summed up the attitude we encourage and appreciate at Spectrum.
Christopher was nominated by three people on the client’s team: Steve McEleney, Lucy Swanson, and Paul Brockley. Steve recently passed on his “high levels of praise for Chris”. Lucy expanded by explaining Steve had recently lost his ring and “Chris really went above and beyond searching thoroughly to help find it, even emptying bins trying to locate it”. Paul added: “This was excellent to see and full praise to Chris, it is well deserved”.
Christopher is a consistent high-performer, but this story highlighted to the team at CBRE Emerson just how committed he is to them and Spectrum.
We are delighted to name both Jacqueline and Christopher as the winners in September; both have demonstrated, in very different ways, that they care about their work and our company, and it hasn’t gone unnoticed. Well done to you both.
