We are pleased to announce the winners of our October Employees of the Month contest; both are very worthy winners and ideal ambassadors for Spectrum. They are Lewis Brady and Stephanie Riley.
Lewis Brady has worked with Spectrum since September 2020 and has deservingly progressed to become one of our Cleaning Supervisors, a role he started in October this year.
However, even though he’s been with Spectrum for over four years, it was only very recently that he started to work with his Manager, Gemma Pollock. Gemma was quick to spot his work ethic and happy to nominate him for the October Employees of the Month Award.
Gemma stated: “I’ve only worked with Lewis for a little over a week, but I can already see he is a valuable asset for Spectrum. Taking on the new role as Rockstar Dundee Supervisor, he is showing great initiative, assisting me with planning absence cover, liaising with the client on a daily basis, and is keen to get involved with more daily aspects of his new role.
“Lewis organises himself and the team exceptionally well and is already proving himself to be a key member of our extended team in Dundee. He has quickly acquired a great
knowledge of the site and is consistently looking at innovative ways to improve standards and to ensure the team can work together seamlessly.”
Stephanie Riley started with Spectrum in May 2024, but she’s already made a big impression! She was nominated by her Manager, a very grateful John Carlyle, who was quick to identify the qualities in Stephanie that Spectrum admires and encourages.
Speaking about why he nominated Stephanie, John said: “Stephanie is a fantastic worker with a ‘can-do’ attitude. Recently, her commitment was clearly demonstrated when, on one of the sites she looks after, there was a requirement for a specialist clean. Stephanie led by example, rolled her sleeves up and cleaned it thoroughly. She went the extra mile so that the morning team didn’t have to deal with it the next day.”
Stephanie not only helped John massively, she also led by example and impressed the rest of the team and the client.
Congratulations to both Lewis and Stephanie, you are great ambassadors for Spectrum, and your dedication and hard work is much appreciated.
