The November 2025 winners of the Employees of the Month award have just been announced: Chris Teasdale and Izabela Sidorowicz. Both are very deserving winners. Here’s more about them and why we have chosen them.

Chris Teasdale started working with Spectrum in June this year as a Cleaning Supervisor for a long-time client in Dundee. Chris was nominated by Spectrum’s Head of Operations, Gemma Pollock. Speaking about his nomination, Gemma said: “Chris assumed the role of Supervisor in June, and it didn’t take too long to appreciate how well he drives the team and addresses any challenges that may arise. I regularly receive positive feedback from both the team and the client on-site.

“Chris is always on hand to support his team and regularly works overtime to cover absences and planned holiday leave. He is appreciated for his approach to ensuring even and fair workloads. He is a true asset to the team.” 

Izabela Sidorowicz began with Spectrum in May 2022 as a cleaning operative in the Stelmain-Tontine Building. Tontine is a historic listed building situated within Glasgow’s famous Merchant City area.  The multi-use building comprises a number of areas, including offices, collaborative spaces, shops, bars, and restaurants.

Izabela was nominated by her Area Manager, Lisa Shane, who commented on why she was keen to put Izabela forward by saying: “She is undoubtedly one of the best and most reliable cleaners I have.  She works hard to make the Tontine building a welcoming environment for its many tenants. Regardless of how busy she is, she is always pleasant and regularly goes above and beyond to help her fellow operatives and the client.”

Congratulations to Chris and Izabela. We are delighted that you have been selected as the November winners. You are shining examples of the dedicated people we have throughout the business, and you are worthy ambassadors of the Spectrum brand. Your hard work and commitment are truly appreciated.
