The Employees of the Month for December have just been selected, and we are delighted to announce that they are Tony Martin and Obi Okechukwu. Read on to find out why they have been picked as standout members of the Spectrum Team for December.

Tony Martin started at Spectrum in February 2023 as a cleaning operative and was promoted to Supervisor in June 2025. He was nominated by Alistair Love, Spectrum’s Head of Operations, who was influenced by the client’s positive feedback. Alistair commented on Tony’s nomination, saying: “The client has recently praised how proactive Tony is and how good he is around the site. Constantly walking around, helping the team, and helping with the service delivery we provide for them.”

Tony’s nomination was seconded by Senior Area Manager, John Carlyle. He commented:  “The client was very vocal in their praise for Tony; he is a true asset to the site, and a strong ambassador for Spectrum.”

Obi Okechukwu started at Spectrum in March 2025 as a cleaning operative. Regional Area Manager, Katie Dodds, was full of praise for Obi, saying: “I would like to nominate Obi in recognition of his outstanding dedication and commitment. He is always willing to assist in the region, often stepping in to cover holidays, vacancies, and additional shifts without hesitation.

“His flexibility and reliability make a significant difference to the team. He consistently maintains a polite, positive attitude and represents the company professionally, and goes the extra mile in everything he does.”

Congratulations to Tony and Obi on being selected as the December Employees of the Month. You are both worthy winners and excellent ambassadors for our brand. Your hard work and commitment are greatly appreciated by all.
