We are happy to announce that Anthony Martin booked his place as the final Employee of the Month for 2023 when he was announced as the winner of our December award. Anthony, ‘Tony’ to those who know him, works at Harper Collins and has done so since August 2018; he began working with Spectrum when we started the contract back in February 2023.
Anthony’s nomination came from his line manager, Emily Davidson, who already knew his qualities but was delighted when others on site also recognised Anthony as a diligent and willing worker.
Emily’s nomination read: “I would like to nominate Anthony Martin (Tony). Tony is based at Robroyston and works exceptionally well with the builders on site. He manages the daily cleaning to an excellent standard and is highly respected by his two fellow team members.”
Emily’s belief that Tony was a suitable candidate for the nomination was confirmed when she received the following message from George McLeish, Project Manager at the Robroyston site: “Emily, I just want to drop you a note to compliment you for the cleaning of the floors in the warehouse, which looked very good in the latest drone flyover.
Please pass my thanks on to your team. George”.
So, it’s not just our people who recognise the end results of Tony’s labours; others working on site also appreciate the hard work put in by Tony. So, it is a pleasure to announce him as the December Employee of the Month.
