It’s nearly Autumn which means one thing, it’s time for the ROCCO’s! The announcement that we are finalists once again this year added to an already exciting week here.

We are shortlisted for both the ROCCO Award for Excellence in Customer Services and the ROCCO Award for Family Business of the Year.

Gaining recognition from our local chamber makes us very proud, and the announcement’s even more exciting because the news that we’re finalists in The Scottish Business awards also came out this week.

We are delighted to find ourselves in the finals in similar categories for both awards. It’s so rewarding to have the values that we’ve worked hard to develop recognised consistently.

We all take in pride in our customer service and it is, and always will be, at the heart of our business.

Being no stranger to the ROCCO’s we’re especially excited to be back. In 2008 we were delighted to pick up our first ROCCO for Excellence in Customer Service. As we’ve grown as a business it’s been wonderful to have our values and work affirmed as our business has developed. Most recently we were honoured to take home the Excellence in Customer Services award last year.

Held in November every year the ROCCO awards ceremony is an unmissable date in our calendar. It’s guaranteed to be a great night, especially with the added excitement of being finalist, and we expect to see a few familiar faces there.
