Ausra Grebliauskaite is the first of our two Employees of the Month for April. Since joining in 2023, she has certainly made an impact at Spectrum and with our client, WH Malcolm. Area Manager Ashleigh McEleney nominated Ausra for the April award.

Clearly, Ausra’s commitment has got her noticed, particularly her aptitude for finding a solution to any challenge.

Speaking about her performance, Ashleigh said: “Ausra goes above all expectations for the site, her cleaning standards are impeccable, and she is always finding new ways of problem-solving; if she sees a stain that won’t come out, Ausra will try various cleaning methods until the stubborn stain is gone.  Her commitment and attention to detail is highly commended by ourselves and the client.”

“Our client and all staff on-site at DC1 speak very highly of Ausra and praise her constantly. She is a well-valued member of the staff team and a credit to herself.”

Well done, Ausra, you are an excellent example to all those around you.

Our second winner for the April Employees of the Month is Monika Szepiela-Majorke, who transferred to Spectrum via our portfolio with Knight Frank. While she has been with Spectrum for 2 years, her experience working with the client goes all the way back to 2017.

Site Manager Claire Rankin nominated Monika for the award, but it’s not only her who has been impressed; Nicola McLean, or client, is also very complimentary about the standards Monika consistently achieves. Speaking about why she believes Monika is a worthy recipient of our monthly award, Claire said: “Monika works in three of our Knight Frank sites. At all three sites, the managers say she is fantastic , and we only ever receive compliments about her work.” 

Nicola McLean from Knight Frank added: “If she could clone her for all of sites it would be a dream come true. She is very helpful and always polite.”

We are delighted with this type of feedback at Spectrum. Monika is a great ambassador for the business.
