As we approach the end of a hectic year, we’re catching up on our Employee of the Month Awards, and we’re delighted to announce that Ryan Haxton is our November winner.

Ryan is the Cleaning Supervisor at Jacobs Engineering. Since joining the company in July, Ryan has had a 100% attendance record and glowing feedback from the client regarding his attitude and cleaning standards.

Rebecca Bell, Spectrum’s Operations Director, nominated Ryan for the November award, which was welcomed by his line manager, Lynne Graham. Both were happy to acknowledge the hard work put in by Ryan since joining the company.

Speaking about the award, Rebecca said: “Ryan is a fantastic example of the type of employees we have at Spectrum. He is willing to go above and beyond to help the client and his colleagues. “We have also had excellent feedback from the client, and the site has run very well since commencement with little requirement for Management support.”

Ryan’s line manager, Lynne Graham said: “Ryan’s been a fantastic addition to the team as he’s hardworking and diligent.   Indeed, he’s just assisted his colleagues by completing overtime to help cover shifts in the lead-up to the holidays.”
