We are delighted to announce that Cara Duff has been promoted from Head of Sales to Commercial Director!

Cara joined Spectrum in 2016 as our Bid Manager, focusing on management of the tender and back end sales processes before becoming Head of Sales just a short while later. As Head of Sales, Cara’s key goals were to grow the business organically and sustainably in both the commercial and public sector, driving and implementing the organisation’s marketing and strategic plan, producing measurable results and client management.

Now, as Commercial Director, Cara is responsible for helping Spectrum maintain a consistent trajectory of growth.

Cara’s extensive experience in sales and her skillset suit her new role perfectly and we are confident she will continue to excel here at Spectrum. Not only is Cara a driven individual who generates and delivers excellent ideas and innovation for the company, but she can build strong relationships with clients and motivates her staff too.
